Business Support Officer
I have recently joined Adopters for Adoption as a Business Support Officer. I assist the team with responding to enquiries, carrying out reference checks and a variety of other administrative tasks. Before joining the team, I was a Senior Residential Support Worker in a residential children’s home. This gave me direct experience of working with looked after children with a wide variety of additional needs, with a focus on trauma-informed practice and therapeutic parenting. Prior to this I worked for a charity supporting care leavers. In 2022 I gained my Level 3 Certificate in Counselling from the CPCAB.
